I don't know what this user must have said or commented on, but it definitely did not go down well with the policies of the social networking site. I know they've got rules that govern users of the site but I have just not been faced with this kind of prompt seen right here.
To me, whether a comment is positive or negative is subjective. Facebook only relies on a combination of software algorithms and reports from other users (which could be soggy sometimes) to identify and deal with inappropriate behaviors. With the not-so-cool status updates and comments I have seen around there these days I knew it is just a matter of time before users start to feel the full weight of their policies.
People just choose to hop online and totally lose it with disgusting statuses and comments, and you begin to wonder if they ever have any sense of personal self-worth. We cannot rule out the possibilities of Facebook getting it wrong sometimes, but some users need to at least get a grip of themselves, punch the appropriate keys and spare the internet community their public execution.... (*rolling my eyes*).
